Wpwp_FRACT MUST be <= Wcr_FRACT. #935

Hi, I am trying to run Vic but i get this error below. could you please help.

cell: 10, lat: 7.1750, long: -1.7695 Model run-time error... Calculated wilting point moisture (16509.434208 mm) is greater than calculated critical point moisture (0.198113 mm) for layer 0. In the soil parameter file, Wpwp_FRACT MUST be <= Wcr_FRACT.
