There appears to be a mismatched between the configuration file (example) and the code. It gives a key error ("Options" not found).

@amandalehr - thanks for the report. @mbaptiste also ran into this recently and has a few code changes that fix the problem. I'm asking her to share those :wink:

@amandalehr - take a look here and let us know if these changes fix your problem: #33.

It looks like #33 could be cleaned up a bit and that netcdf2vic could be generalized a bit further. I don't use this script anymore so any contribution you can make would be welcomed.
