I was going to wait to merge these initial changes, but making the über policies page is going to be more involved than expected.
Please specifically take a look at: config/locales/hyrax.en.yml I had to manually merge the changes from PR #14.
Also, the changes to config/role_map.yml occurred at build time due to the command that copies all .yml.template files to their corresponding .yml file.
