Restrict to UW behavior unknown #17

Current behavior: Does not create a thumbnail. If not logged in, Work does not show up in Browse or Search. Should this just be hidden?

Thumbnail creation works. Fixed this with explanations about what UW restricted will mean. Eg. logged in users will be able to view/download. This does differ from behavior of other UW restricted services so we needed to explain. I think the UW restricted note was added in #19
