Add column id to /fossils output #122

Return the column ID as well as the Unit ID when making a call to /fossils?

Also, please change the "cltn_id" field to "collection_no" to maintain consistency between Macrostrat and PBDB Moved to #123 - JJC

Why should col_id be returned here?
