Update mobile routes to use burwell #134

This needs to be revisited, and we may want to revise prior to a v3 release, as the source of the geologic map data shouldn't be a breaking change. By modifying this in the v2 release, we will enable existing versions of software to take advantage of the global map data.

Updating v2 to use burwell poses a few challenges, namely that the schema is a bit different but probably not different enough that it's not possible. However, the biggest change is the multi-scale nature of it that we have started to address for FOC. Basically, who decides what gets returned? That is really a major shift that constitutes a new version.
