Add elevation to burwell point query #135

This would be really convenient but I'm not sure it belongs there. Perhaps this should simply be part of the /mobile routes?

Opinions?

it probably does belong in a separate route. however, i do like the general notion of returning all knowledge about a given point, at least optionally.
