Querying by concept_id does not work for /fossil route #186

https://dev.macrostrat.org/api/fossils?concept_id=9394 does not work, but https://dev.macrostrat.org/api/fossils?strat_name_concept_id=9394 does.

Either the documentation needs to be changed to indicate the latter, or the route should be changed to match the documentation.
