possible lookup_strat_names bug #195

Can't figure out why this hierarchy isn't being returned correctly in API. The data in the tables are correct but the response is not: https://macrostrat.org/sift/#/strat_name/92757 https://macrostrat.org/api/defs/strat_names?strat_name_like=Odjick

I've doubled checked all the data and there is no reason why these two names (strat_name_id= 92755, 92757) should be assigned to the wrong group (101189) instead of the only strat_name_id identified as being a parent (92756)

This raises possibility of serious build script bug that we need to identify ASAP.

duh, never mind... parent of parent problem...

@jczaplew I'm at a loss here... i've doubled checked all the raw data (strat_names, concepts, and strat_tree) and there is no reason that 92757
