MariaDB migration

• [ ] finish repointing last 2 endpoints to reference the same database ported to PostgreSQL (currently, macrostrat_two)
• [ ] merge macrostrat-api maria-migrate branch into main (this will merge v3 "changes" as well). Kubernetes already has automated docker config into development -confirm with Cannon
• [ ] Use automated testing tool (point to development); test output format (check most parameters, data types, keys) in production
• [ ] Merge queryPgMaria to queryPg in larkin.ts.
• [ ] Go through API TODO's within endpoint code.
