Create a mariadb command wrapper (macrostrat mariadb cli)
Create a macrostrat mariadb restore command that uses streaming and Docker-based approach to load database into environment
The macrostrat mariadb migrate-to-postgres --overwrite command runs a full migration to PostgreSQL (still targeting the macrostrat_temp database).
