Funnel data from form #6

To funnel the collected repository information from the submission form at https://ospo.wisc.edu/submission.html into the main database we can:

  1. Retrieve form data via an API route? @amegahed is this possible?
  2. See if repo URL in the main database
  3. If not, use repo URL as search term and gather addition data from GitHub/GitLab
