Content evaluation

Reading through episode 9 I don't see any sections that need an overhaul. GitLab parallels GitHub for the most part, so updating links/references is the main need for converting this episode.

The figures in this episode will need special attention since there are some slight UI variations. I have made a checklist of screenshots and SVGs below for your convenience.
