chore: npm install reformats the package files #31

Trying to run a release, but running npm install reformats the package files.

Out of curiosity, what OS/npm version are you running?

edit interesting, running npm 5.5.1 on Node 9.3.0 on Linux I see the same change :thinking: I wonder if npm changed the lockfile rules again.

edit 2 yep they did Partially unrelated npm 5.6.0 will bring crossplatform normalization to package-lock.json to prevent different OSes from clobbering the file. https://github.com/npm/npm/blob/latest/CHANGELOG.md#v560-2017-11-27
