Create .md files for News events #3

We need to back fill some events our members were involved in. Some examples would be attending conferences, earning awards, participating in outreach, etc.

Files will follow a similar template as in #2 Note that any bracketed (<>) item should be filled with item-specific information (e.g. "\" replaced with "Jon wins poster prize at ORCAS conference")

Naming convention: yyyy-mm-dd-event.md

Contents in each file should follow

--- layout: news title: "\" author: "\" author_handle: "\" image: /assets/images/news/\.png category: news tags: [\, \] --- \ (e.g. \<[Member]> won a poster prize for their work on co-electrolysis in a high vacuum reactor. Congratulations, \! )

We have enough posts up to establish a good pattern, and there's enough content to fill up a page. So, I'm calling this one done!
