Change Summary

Data analytics page should (hopefully) be fully functional for all three graphs to see data from any week. Some testing on reviewers local systems would be appreciated as my local data folder doesn't have many entries to test with.

I'm expecting a small merge conflict after the navbar -> base.html branch merge but not too big.

Can you please merge main to your branch? Just making sure there's no weird git thing that happens when this is merged to main
