Requested by client. A description of queue buttons when mouse hovers over.

The technical concept of this is called a tooltip.

Hmm not sure why it isn't working, ill commit what I have so far if you have any ideas

I'm currently at work still, so I'll have a look at it tonight. If you haven't been able to fix it, I'll finish it off tonight
