Added problem number 2 to ReadME, plus an image, and the .cpp file #210

Hi there,

Here is problem # 2 for this Friday's CTCI. I have made a folder for an image, which should go with the problem description, and another for the .cpp file.

Please let me know if there is anything I should fix.
