Burst code cleanup #13

small changes:

updated input and output file names in code to match the actual file names
removed getBurstSpikes.m, which is an older version of getBinnedBurstSpikes.m
cleaned up documentation for getBinnedBurstSpikes and getBinnedBurstInfo

There are some comments here that you can decide aren't part of this branch/pull request. That's OK. In those cases, create an issue (set its tags and project), assign that issue to yourself, and just reply to that comment with the issue number. Then, the next branch you'll work on will include some of those issues.
