Update JAVA version to a more forgiving, more recent release. #69

The current release of BrainGrid requires particular releases of JDK 8 to work correctly. Java 1.8.0_111 and 1.8.0_144 are known to work. These are old versions that cause issues when trying to build an environment in which to run workbench.

To be clear, this is about the current release of the Workbench, no the simulator. Chasing down the source of this pickiness would be valuable; our goal should be for it to work with a wide range of versions.
