Mixing sections and pages in Zola

2 alludes to this, we cannot use subsections as pages with a little more content linked off from it, as Zola doesn't allow getting a mixed list of pages and subsections (and definitely not a sorted/paginated one). I've got a work around there, but it doesn't work for subsections that are subsections because they'd have more content linking off from them. Not really sure what to do in that case -- custom template for the content file might work

Basic fix for now is to list subsections when not paginating -- the overlap of these cases is pretty small
