User dropdown now can be triggered following a fix to #4, however this now can't be closed once it's open (reproducible on iPad Air 2020, iPadOS 14.7.1).
I'm not too sure why this is behaving this way, but I can replicate the behaviour using the dropdown examples in Bulma's documentation. This makes me think that unless Bulma is missing the same thing we are, then this is potentially an issue with the framework rather than us.
I'm tempted to mark this one as wontfix as a) I don't think it's a massive issue (feel free to disagree), and b) if it's an issue beyond us then there's not much we can do unfortunately.
