New app report containing an anonymous report form. It allows anyone to submit a message/report that is sent to either all exec, an individual exec member, or the president, welfare officer and women's officer. You can also attach a single file (less than 10MB) for evidence if they want. The form then emails the selected address(es) with the message and attachment if provided.
