fixes #17

Style-wise, there are different ways to go about this. This is just one that I thought looked pretty good. What do you think?

I added clickable anchor links to the mission page and the team page.

Thanks! I made some slight additional CSS tweaks to the format of the link header. These tweaks are a bit brittle, but should be fine for now.
