An admin tool to merge profs, as some exist under two different names #230

It'd be nice to have an admin page where profs can be merged, along with their associated reviews. Some examples are:

(Eddie | Ed) Dupont (Joanne | Jo) Atlee

Would need tests to make sure it doesn't break the course reviews associated with the prof.
