Changed server/static/img/bar-loader.gif background from white to transparent
Loader appears when a users uploads a transcript and it is being parsed
Loader appears when a user uploads a schedule and it is being parsed
When a user uploads a transcript or schedule, there is now an animated loader that appears to indicate parsing.
The same loader appears for the schedule modal.
