Support OpenSearch #361

This PR introduces a minor change to support open search (followed this guide - https://perishablepress.com/custom-opensearch-functionality-for-your-website/).

This allows for chrome and other browsers to directly search UW Flow.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to compile the project locally (Installing docker on windows seems to be more complicated than I though), hoping a maintainer could quickly verify this patch locally for me :)

Hey @jamiepinheiro, unfortunately this is the old deployment of UW Flow that is no longer maintained - the new version's code hasn't been open sourced yet and I'm not sure when that would happen but I can take a look at adding this for you

Hey @jamiepinheiro, I just deployed the new change and it seems to work in both Chrome + Firefox, thanks for your contribution! Let me know if it doesn't work for you.

Also I just saw the bug you emailed to us - will take a look at cleaning up the empty courses
