Clean up a few things for presentation #44

Moved promos out of home and into index
Made gulp file a bit more friendly by moving main tasks up top
Changed main-nav to nav-bar (both kit and scss)
Added inset shadow to banner-widget
Made grid-gutter more harmonious with line-height
Replaced searchButton image and made styling more reliable
