Adding new attributes to SdbPerson #55

We've added two new attributes to the sdb person object in the last year. Adding them to the dao model.

Merge after testing shows this fixed sdb data issue with NETID-1616

How do we test this before making it live, or is there even such a thing? Do we merge it and then try again at https://identity-glenrg.iamdev.s.uw.edu/new/coalition w/ @jdiverp's test credentials?
