Synchronized nine differences between Git and deployed files. #57

Two files on the server, and not in GitHub, were added. Six files had revisions on the server, GitHub updated to match. The update-git file removed. This is one of three manually updated scripts used to sync deployed files to GitHub; dangerous, so removing this from GitHub, going forward we will move files the other direction from the repo to the server.
