check to see if the overlapping timestamps issue still exists #7

the current kepler.source database seems to have entries from different data releases of kepler data (as evidenced by overlapping time stamps).

we could try to find a way around this by seeing if we could use indices to separate out different datasets. A plot of array index vs time shows distinct groups of time-stamps.

The other option is to wait for the new kepler data release and remake kepler.source once that is out.

used to be seen with KID 11853905, in the old database.

The problem seems to be resolved in the new database.
