Manual entry of target list names is confusing and inconvenient to first time observers. Should build a drop down function into the name field populated with valid files.

Made the file name field a combobox, user can now visually see what files Bifrost can read in and select from them. Added a refresh button for updating the list new files are added during software operation. Will leave issue opened until the new method is confirmed to work up at MRO.
