Fixes Issue #97 to make button heights the same. No more off-by-1px differences. I would take a screenshot but it's really hard to tell the difference. But this will decrease the number of bugs & weird issues in the future when dealing with lots of buttons.
*Note: the dist files contain changes from previous merges that apparently were never built and sent to the distribution file. You can ignore them.
