Adding some python community recommendations #100

Some resources to get the students interested in the Python community. I was going to include some of this in the class template repo, but was told this would be a better place for it.

BTW,

If you want to contribute more to this, it would be a good idea to get set up to build the docs with Sphinx, so you can see what it looks like rendered.
