Show instruction about moving and changing scales while the object is selected. Will also show which dimension the user is currently changing.

Adds canvas for instruction. (Bind the InstructionCanvas to both controllers, but change the name of the right one from ScaleInstruction to MoveInstruction)
Updates both move and change scale scripts.

Tested on Quest 2

The button is too sensitive. (Response too many times when pressing at normal speed)

Yeah, we can check the performance first. If it's not ideal we can switch to the cached version since we need to change many prefabs.
