Add Floating Menu for all options #40

When users enter the room, there will be a floating menu showing all object generation options, pen settings, and file transfer dropdown. Users can toggle the menu by pressing 'A' on the right hand.

Changelog

Added OptionMenu prefab. (Add to the main camera)
Added panel listener prefab. (Add to the scene)
Added script to toggle the menu

Testing

Tested on Quest 2

Known Issues

The dropdown and sliders are not working right now. Will fix with teammates.
The button is too sensitive. (Response too many times when pressing at normal speed)
