This PR does NOT change the smart contract in any way.

The goal of this PR is to:

Improve the rust credix testing so that:

a borrower and deal is created
the borrower take a loan then repay it with interest
so that the LP tokens for credix have a value >1
This allows us to test precision loss properly (will be useful to validate credix rebalancing maths)
