Splitting the work for alloyx integration into multiple PR. This PR aimes at ONLY implementing mint/edit (no router integration or profit collection)

The changelog for this PR is:

add a new IX: register_alloyx_vault_depository
add a new IX: edit_alloyx_vault_depository
add alloyx vault properties on the controller and make those editable
add integration tests support for deploying the alloyx program and vault
add integration tests suites to test alloyx_depository edit
