Show in the docs how to switch themes programatically and in response to System Theme changes #871

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, the demo app available through the App stores clearly has the ability to switch themes but the Kickstarter projects available to download though the admin panel do not.

The documentation on the docs site details somethings about themes but not how to switch themes at runtime. I'm sure the previous Xamarin.Forms version of Grail UIKit had this.

Describe the solution you'd like Update the documentation to provide the details on how it can be done and Include the functionality in Kickstarter projects

Describe alternatives you've considered Make the source code available for the full Grial UIKit Gallery app.
