Add tooltip with the details of the merged samples #7

When you roll over the level of the factors.

Can you add a tooltip over the text elements? E.g. if you go over (n=6) you get the tooltip that you have 6 replicates that went into the calculation and the black bar on the right side show the variation (at least that's how I understood it) UAUY: I agree that it would be nice to have a tooltip with the details especially when you are above the name… so this could be a small box that includes the factor and the level of each factor and then says n=6 replicates.. or something like this. If we could possibly include the long names this would be ideal.

Also for the disease-stress detailed level we seem to still have abbreviated names.. (st10d, etc). These should be longer names, or did Philippa not provide you with them?

I have a limit for the longer names to display in the abbreviation. on the rollover we can get that.

OLU: Is it possible to have the information (experiment, Sra number , paper e.t.c) about each sample displayed when you hover over them with the mouse? I know this is available for the filter options but it will be more useful for the samples I.D next to the graph UAUY: This goes to Brande’s comment as well. The problem of “clicking” is that when you do this in the boxes it sorts them… We could improve the nomenclature on the boxes and I can provide an updated list of this… I just need you to send me the list order so I can include this in more detail.. with respect to a link to the papers we can have this in the further documentation.. I am not sure how to link to the paper directly from the browser…
