Hi all,

As I was trying to run your system on patas through condor, I encountered the following error:

FileNotFoundError: Directory /mnt/dropbox/22-23/573/grader/D2/573-SADTech/data/mal/train_dataset_dict not found

Is there an easy fix to it? Thanks!

Hi,

As I mentioned in my other email from my UW email address- did you follow the README directions and download the data and outputs directory from the link in the README?

If you still see this error after following those directions, please let me know.

Hi, Sorry I missed the downloading part! To make storage more accessible, you could email Brandon for help to set up a shared storage space on patas and grant me and gina access to that shared space. Googledrive can work but for large models, the downloading takes some time.
