Unuseful EL50448 sub files #451

*.sub files are really unuseful, because EL50448 can emit signal with 125kHz ASK only (https://fcc.report/FCC-ID/2A5FO-EL-50448/5728946). So the signal from EL50448 can be captured with RAW RFID only. Please delete https://github.com/UberGuidoZ/Flipper/tree/main/Sub-GHz/Vehicles/EL50448_-TPMS_Relearn_Tool to not waste the time of users.
