Missing ESP.exe file #570

When I start the the Flash.bat file I get the message that the ESPtool.exe file is missing, although it is in the same directory, can someone help me out please.

Make sure you extract the ZIP instead of just double-clicking it. It appears you are running it from within the ZIP and therefore the rest of the files cannot be seen. Generic Microsoft help on that here!
