Put search in the top nav (probably). Just use global event subscription to kick off the search.

• Instead of everything listening for events just have a VSCode Event come in through the global nav events
• Clean up the components so it doesn't cause so much hell
• Mark it as VSCode search vs Edit events
• Little awkward with the search text string but not terrible
