Was messing around in test world and noticed cylinder and hollow cylinder will not be created 1 node high. This is with the latest commits. IE: //cylinder 1 5 5 dirt_with_grass console message says zero nodes added
//cylinder 1 5 5 dirt_with_grass
while //cylinder 2 5 5 dirt_with_grass
//cylinder 2 5 5 dirt_with_grass
will create cylinder
