Is this speech recognition permanently free and unlimited in frequency?

I am not a mentor or expert user of this recently discovered library. So whatever I said take it as a grant of salt. I don't think so, @zhixideyu it is true. I read Google API docs it said up to 60 minutes are free.

The may code been implemented. I don't think so it been the case.
