[minio] Update guide #1296

Hi there,

the guide for installing minio needs some updates. Since I installed minio this morning, the needed info is still fresh ;)

If you agree, I'd create a pull request.

Hi there,

I just installed a fresh version on my uberspace and struggled with the outdated guide, the official documentation and minio itself. But now it's up and running and I would like to update the guide.

Any objections?
