Give the comand that should be used and not only the docu to where it can be found. Only port 8181 will work. If bind to another port because of Cross-Origin Request it will be Blocked and you can't use it.

Du hast recht, das ist nicht besonders gut beschrieben. Am besten wäre es, den Bereich mehr umzuschreiben denn mit der Beschreibung "go to localhost" können einige wahrscheinlich nichts anfangen. Magst du das übernehmen? Sonst gib eine Rückmeldung und ich kümmere mich drum.
