[vaultwarden] Clarifications how to set a admin password #1622

In my opinion the guide is a bit confusing how to set a secure admin-password.

I propose to guide to user to "do it right" in the first place by creating a hashed version of that said passsword.

The part in "Hardening" is then not neccesary anymore.
