Update guide_shiori.rst #1630

Added wget download to the latest version und uses shiori_Linux_x86_64.tar.gz as download source because the shiori-linux-amd64-stretch download was only available for the old 1.5.0 version. If you want to update the 1.5.0 version to a newer version, it causes a update-problem with the database.
